Fitness: Research - What hours are allowed to eat to avoid fattening
In the countless research done on weight loss, another one is added to indicate the hours we are allowed to eat if we want to lose weight.
The survey was conducted on 11 men and women with extra pounds who, for 4 days, ate from 8 am to 2 pm all their meals and the next 4 days from 8 am to 8 pm.
It is noted that participants received the same number of calories through meals
Researchers observed that the days when participants had finished their meals until 2 noon burned more fat and had less cravings for fattening foods.
On the contrary, when they ate them from 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening, as many people used to, they tended to be more hungry.
So the researchers are now urging us to eat what we want but to start at 8 am and finish our food until 2 am. This is essentially a more inelastic version of the proposal to finish the meals late in the afternoon.
The logic is that it only takes calories during the day, so it burns more easily.
Experts speculate that the metabolism is more active in the morning, and so blood sugar is kept at normal levels and fat is burned more easily.
